Analysis and Calculations
We have extensive experience in making assessments and calculations prior to tool production. This ensures in the best possible way that complex parts will turn out as expected so that our customers avoid unexpected costs for tooling changes or entirely new tools.
Moldflow analysis and FEM calculations can be offered, before we proceed with your project. Many of our customers choose to get a Moldflow analysis done on complex parts to ensure the best construction and avoid unintended costs.
Avoid skewed products using a Warpage analysis
We can also offer a complex cast and shrink analysis when glass or fiber filled materials are used for moulding.
Warpage is often unacceptable and a cast analysis will determine whether the amount of warp is within tolerance. We can produce a compensated 3D drawing which takes warping in to account and forms the basis of the final tool construction.
This means that we produce warped tools, to mould accurate products.

Analysis light metal
We offer to make Flow3D analysis of parts to be die casted in light metal. Many of our customers choose to have this analysis made as it clarifies potential challenges and it is therefore possible to eliminate them before the tool is made. In this way you avoid unnecessary costs.
A Flow3D analysis can, among other things, clarify the following:
- Metal temperature
- Metal pressure
- Air entrapments
- Surface defects
- Flow length
