Depending on your requirements, we typically use two different processes—Investment Casting and High Pressure Die Casting—to produce prototypes in aluminum, magnesium and zinc.

The Investment Casting process is perfect for rapid manufacturing of metal parts in aluminium, magnesium and zinc. Since Investment Casting allows for a great deal of design freedom, this process is perfect for producing complicated parts that are impossible to cast using traditional casting methods. This technique can be compared to Rapid Prototyping.
Delivery time: 1-2 weeks.
High Pressure Die Casting
We die cast functional prototypes in aluminium, magnesium and zinc using special tools designed specifically for prototype production. Since these prototypes’ characteristics are exactly the same as products manufactured in high volume, they can be used in crash tests and final construction.
With High Pressure Die Casting, we can cast parts with wall thicknesses less than 1 mm. Our method allows quick, inexpensive adjustments to your tool as needed.
Delivery time: 4-8 weeks.
