Idé-Pro specializes in high pressure die casting and has extensive in-house experience in flow simulation, item design, choice of materials, tool construction and casting processes. Because our entire production mechanism is gathered in Denmark, we are able to offer a high degree of flexibility and speed of delivery.
Our high level of expertise means that we have a very high success rate with “first out of tool” items. We can progress you quickly and securely from 3D file to product, even for technically complex items.
Functional prototypes
Thanks to our short project turnaround time, we manufacture functional prototypes in aluminium, magnesium and zinc in a very short timespan. Such prototypes have the same mechanical properties as series-produced items. They can therefore be used directly in the final design, for example in crash testing and production start-up.
All our casting machines are fully kitted out with peripheral hardware. This allows us to always produce items to uniform dimensions and standards, from prototypes to serial production.
