At Idé-Pro, we specialise in injection moulding of prototypes and serieproduction in plastic.
Our 4000T injection moulding machine is Northern Europe's largest, placed in Glyngøre, Denmark.

Our in-house plastic production is characterised by fast delivery and high flexibility. We have a large capacity and can mould items from 0,01 g up to 41,5 kg. Our wide range of injection moulding machines have clamping forces from 6T up to 4000T.

Since 1997, we have specialised in injection moulding of prototypes in plastic and offer injection moulding of your item, no matter the size, design, or type of plastic.
Prototypes
At Idé-Pro, we offer manufacturing of tools in aluminum, which is faster and significantly cheaper than traditional tools.
The prototypes are manufactured by the right process, in the right material, and have the same properties as final items. Therefore, you can test your Idé-Pro prototype for wear, transportation, and sales potential long before the final production. Our prototypes can also kick off your final production flow to ensure a cost-effective manufacturing cycle.

Production
Our foundry is staffed 24/7 and optimised so that we are highly competitive in terms of production. We manufacture high-volume production series for, among other, the medico-, food-, and automotive industries.
Use of robots
At Idé-Pro, we focus on efficient production. Thanks to our use of robots and high level of automation, we manage to keep production at competitive prices.
