Prior to tool production, we make careful assessments and calculations to ensure that complex parts turn out as expected. It’s our priority to help customers avoid unexpected costs for tooling changes or entirely new tools.
Warpage Analysis
We offer a complex cast and shrink analysis when using glass- or fiber-filled materials for moulding. Unexpected warpage can prevent products from functioning properly. A cast analysis determines whether the amount of anticipated warp is within tolerance. We produce 3D drawings taking warping into account and form the basis of final tool construction.
