Since 2008, Idé-Pro has made prototypes and products in Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)

Within the EPS production, we have specialised in technical components with high durability and strength.  We have found new uses for this super-light material, typically used for packaging and insulation.

EPS can be produced in a variety of shapes and can be added to different materials to make the structure even stronger. In this area, we are acting as the test centre for BASF for the development of new materials.

Idé-Pro is a total supplier. In addition to our foundry, that is manned 24/7, we have our own high-tech tool manufacturing, montage and packaging department.

We also offer consultancy and analysis concerning the development and production of your EPS product.
