Customer satisfaction
Following a major customer satisfaction survey, we are delighted to see that we achieve high scores in a number of key areas, including:
At Idé-Pro, facilities including our own development department, tool factory and foundry are located in Denmark. We have chosen not to decentralise our departments, quite the reverse. This provides unsurpassed synergy and, ultimately, satisfied customers.

Energy consumption The installation of a complex measurement system has enabled us to identify tremendous potential for energy savings. This has resulted in our reducing our electricity consumption by 20% since 2017 through smart, data-based investments.

Quality Increased net sales have not affected the external quality or delivery performance. This was achieved by such means as investing in highly automated machines and providing continuous training for our employees. We have also reduced our waste volume by 18% by optimising production and procedures. |
