Kassow Robots, a manufacturer of 7-axis robots, got a first-class partner.
Kassow Robots was looking for a supplier to manufacture technical parts in plastic. Therefore, four 3D files and a requirement specification were uploaded via our online quotation form:
1 x handle for control holder in black ABS plastic
3 x various cabinet parts in fire-retardant ABS plastic

Based on the requirements specification, our development department was able to recommend two suitable plastics.
Due to our large stock of raw materials, we were able to ensure Kassow Robots a fast delivery time and favourable part price by recommending stocked plastics. An advantage that many of our customers benefit from.
After part modelling of the 3D files, we manufacture the moulding tools at our in-house tool factory in Denmark.
We start serial production of the four different parts and send them to Kassow Robots for assembly.
