With our extrusion machines, we compound the surplus plastic - a process where crushed plastic is heated, shaped and added additives and possibly colour, before finally cooling down and transforming the surplus plastic into new recycled plastic granules, ready to be used for injection moulding.
The extrusion machines have side feeders that make it possible to add additives and colour to produce new plastic with exactly the desired properties.
In short, we can recycle and modify surplus plastic to suit our customers' requirements for materials, additives and colours.
