We have three moulding/casting processes:
At Idé-Pro, we mould/cast prototypes in the right material and the right process, so that they have the same properties as the final part.
The prototypes can be used in start-up production.
A tool is the mould used in the production process for injection moulding of plastics, high pressure die casting of light metals and moulding of EPS/EPP.
We manufacture tools in our in-house tool factory.
We stock over 2.000 plastic materials, a wide range of light metals for die casting, including aluminium, zinc and magnesium alloys, and EPS and EPP materials.
The type of plastic material depends on your project. There are many types of plastic, all with different properties that make them suitable for different projects.
