Idé-Pro is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of prototypes and on-demand manufacturing in light metal (high pressure die casting), plastic (injection molding) and EPS/EPP shape moulding – with own tool manufacturing and foundries.

We are about to enlarge our Central Europe sales organization further and are therefore looking for a key account manager (Benelux), who will be working from home office in that region.

The new Key Account manager will be referring to Area Sales Manager, Central Europe (located in HQ in Denmark) and joining a team of currently 2 other Key Account Managers in Germany and Austria.

Key Account Manager (Benelux)

Overall responsibilities

Building up and maintaining Idé-Pro as the preferred prototype and on-demand manufacturing partner for the industry in the region within the scope of our strategy. Thereby grow profitable business in the Benelux area according to agreed targets.

Targets

  • Take responsibility for planning and executing the plan for growth in Benelux area
  • Establish and maintain Idé-Pro as a preferred partner within prototyping and on-demand manufacturing to our existing and new customers
  • Build and maintain excellent cooperation with other Idé-Pro locations and team members

Main tasks

  • Identify possible new customers according to our strategy and grow business with them
  • Regular dialogue and follow-up with existing/new customers
  • Lead RFQ / quotation / order process towards existing and potential new customers incl. technical dialogue with customers
  • Regular visits to customers / potential new customers
  • When relevant: join customer visits to HQ / factory in Denmark
  • Proactive cooperation with management, global sales team, and support teams
  • Proactive feedback (what Idé-Pro can do to keep being a preferred partner for our customers)

About you  

  • Experienced in technical sales preferable within the plastic injection moulding industry (or the high pressure die casting industry)
  • Good and relevant network/understanding of companies to grow business
  • Negotiation skills, independently working, self-driven, result-orientated with a strategic approach
  • Team player and can speak/write English.
