Nominated for Skive Municipality's CSR Award

19/12 2025

We are proud that yet another employee has been nominated for the Skive Business Awards. Henrik Møller, production manager in the tool department, has been nominated for Skive Municipality's CSR award.

Skive Municipality's CSR award goes to a company that has demonstrated particular inclusiveness and, through concrete initiatives, is leading the way towards an inclusive job market.

This is important to Henrik

With a good working environment and help from colleagues, Henrik is making a great effort to help young people with special needs. He does this in collaboration with STU Skivefjord through internships in the tool department at Idé-Pro. Here, they help with tasks such as scrapping discontinued tools. Throughout the process, it is important to Henrik to:

Make them feel safe in unfamiliar surroundings, include them in the community, give them tasks/challenges that boost their self-confidence – and recognise them for their efforts and their development.

It is a unique opportunity to see and follow the students' development and see how much they progress both academically and socially. As a result of the collaboration, Idé-Pro has also hired two of the students, who have become stable and loyal employees. Henrik emphasises:

‘It would not have been possible without Idé-Pro's framework and help from colleagues. It is a joint effort.’
