Idé-Pro offers injection moulding of parts in various plastic materials, ranging from standard plastics such as PP and PE to technical plastics such as PA, PC and ABS. With our extensive experience, we advise our customers on the best choice of material based on the part’s requirements for strength, flexibility, temperature resistance and chemical resistance.
Whether you need prototypes or low-volume series production, we will help you find the solution that best meets your requirements.
At Idé-Pro, you’ll find a wide range of technical plastics, making it easy to find a solution that suits your project.
Some applications require materials that can withstand high mechanical loads, wear and continuous movement.
We offer PA6 injection moulding, which is a highly durable material with high tensile strength and chemical resistance.
For technical parts requiring low friction and good spring properties, such as gears or plain bearings, POM injection moulding is an excellent choice.
For larger parts or products where weight is a key consideration, PP injection moulding is a good choice. The material has a low density and good resistance to chemicals and moisture. This makes PP ideal for applications with high cleanliness requirements, such as in the food industry or the healthcare sector.
We injection mould in ABS, which is a durable material with a good surface finish. If even higher standards of material durability are required, injection moulding in PC/ABS may be a good alternative.
In addition to standard solutions, we can help customise the plastic to meet your specific requirements. We offer flame retardants in accordance with UL 94 and can add glass fibre or talc.
At Idé-Pro, we have extensive experience with injection moulding of plastic. We injection mould prototypes, pre-series and low-volume series and can handle practically all types of parts.
Our in-house tool factory and plastic production makes it possible to offer injection moulding with short delivery times and high flexibility. Our foundry is open around the clock and ready to injection mould your plastic parts.
