With an increasing focus on CO2 emissions and energy consumption, we provide customers and decision-makers with insight into our efforts.

At Idé-Pro, we have joined the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), an international project where companies, cities, states and regions report their own CO2 emissions and energy consumption to a global database.

CDP is the most comprehensive collection of self-reported environmental data in the world. Decision makers, such as politicians, can use this data to make informed decisions to build a sustainable economy.

Data-based energy management

We have data-based energy management at Idé-Pro. By working with energy optimisations over a number of years, we have built up a detailed data base that we could easily process and report to the CDP project.

If we compare our current energy consumption with 2017, it has increased by 10% overall. But compared to a turnover increase of around 40%, we manage to stay well below index 100. Quite simply, we use less energy to produce technical parts than we did in 2017

Growing focus on environmental responsibility

We already have customers who make demands on our CO2 emissions and energy consumption, a trend that is sure to grow.

At Idé-Pro, we see it as an advantage for customers and decision-makers to gain insight into our efforts and the industry as a whole.

We also want to show other companies that, in addition to being socially conscious, working with CO2 emissions and energy improvements is in excellent balance with the results; it's simply good business.
