Idé-Pro is the local winner of Apprenticeship Employer of the Year 2026. The nomination came from our apprentice toolmaker Christoffer, and at the ceremony at Skive College, we took home the award.
We are proud and happy to share that Idé-Pro was named local winner of Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at a ceremony at Skive College.
Christoffer is training as a toolmaker with us. In his nomination, he highlights openness and a sense of community:
“At Idé-Pro Skive, there is room for diversity, and I am met with respect and understanding every day. (…) At the same time, our community is characterised by equality and a friendly atmosphere.”
He also points to the variety in his training:
“As an apprentice, I get the opportunity to work in several departments and build broad professional experience as a toolmaker.”
The award recognises outstanding work as an apprenticeship employer, with a focus on curiosity, commitment and development for apprentices. A big thank you to our apprentice Christoffer for nominating Idé-Pro, and to our colleagues and managers for their hard work.
